• Booking Deposit

Booking requires ￡30 deposit to secure your appointment. Please make the deposit within 4 hours. Please do not make a payment after 4 hours, because the slot may have been given to someone else. Therefore please contact me for confirmation.

• Appointment confirmation

All appointments are confirmed by text or email. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of making an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to make sure that your appointment has been booked.

• Cancellation policy

Cancelling or rescheduling under 48 hours before the appointment will be charged￡30. The fee must be paid before you can rebook.

• No Shows and late arrival

If you miss the appointment, you will be charged full amount of appointment.

If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

• Infill appointment

Lashes must be 40-50% left and less than 3 weeks. After 3 weeks will be charged a fullset.

• Changing the eyelash set

If you need removal or want to change to a dramatic volume set/Infill. Please let me know in advance. Otherwise, I cannot offer the service on the appointment day.
